Eugene Robinson makes a good point that during Bush's years, there was no uproar (like the kind seen today) with his bailouts, or his prescription drug plan, or his trillion dollar wars. There was obvious discontent, but the mood was calmer.

haha. good point. personal protection i can understand. a pistol or something of that sort. but these assult rifles aren't practical for much of anything........ I read your post but if i'm attacked and need to defend my self i'll pick a rifle preferably a semi auto of full auto with a decent mag capacity.
